About

Rylie Allen is a wedding and freelance photographer based in Atlanta, Georgia. She is growing her clientele and loves every moment of being part of her clients' big days and celebrations.

As a child, Rylie would often take photos of sunsets using her parents' camera. Eventually, they bought her first point-and-shoot camera. In high school, she took photography classes that inspired her to learn more. During her senior year, she competed in the All-State Art Symposium at Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia (2019). She later decided to pursue photography in college. Rylie graduated from Kennesaw State University with a BFA in Art, concentrating in photography (2023).

Rylie began her wedding photography career when her friend Brooke, whom she met in a printmaking class, got married in 2023. Brooke wanted someone she trusted to take her wedding photos. At the time, Rylie had only photographed her uncle’s wedding, but she took on the challenge—and loved every moment of capturing Brooke’s special day. She later photographed Kayla and Kevin’s wedding in 2024 and has continued to grow her clientele ever since.

Rylie states:

"I've always loved being able to take memories and make them last longer than a few seconds or a few minutes. Taking photos for such an important day might seem a little intimidating to some people. And I’ll admit, I was nervous the first time I did it. But amidst the chaos, I discovered how much I loved capturing those little 'secret' moments and turning them into memories that last a lifetime. My style is a mix of modern candid moments and classic staged photos. I tend to edit my photos lightly because I like to preserve the authenticity of the moment. If you’re looking for a photographer who will capture your day the way it looked and felt, we might just be the perfect fit! Let’s connect and talk more.”
